Any kind of goods is warranted only one year after purchase date, except for some goods or some special parts as mentioned below: - Wash and spin motor(s) of washing machine = 10 years from purchase date - Compressor of refrigerator and air conditioner = 5 years from purchase date - Heater and tank of shower heater = 5 years from purchase date - Motor of water pump = 5 years from purchase date - Stainless-steel tank of water pump = 5 years from purchase date - Heating plate of rice cooker = 3 years from purchase date - Motor of electric fan = 3 years from purchase date |

Warranty Conditions
1. The free-of-charge repairing is provided against manufacturing faults or any material defect as
normal usage.
2. The warranty does not include outside charges
3. The warranty does not cover the goods which being used outside Thailand.
4. The warranty does not cover any defect caused by the following cases:
a. Business or commercial use
b. Natural calamity such as flood, thunder-bolt, etc.
c. Fire, chemical, gas, abnormal electricity, mouse, or insects
c. Alteration, modification, wrong repairing, or transportation
5. The warranty card is not valid in case of
a. Model name and serial number do not correspond between the warranty card
and the repaired goods.
b. The warranty card has been tampered, defaced, altered, or crashed in any manner.
6. Out-of-warranty parts are:
a. Internal parts, such as rubber etc.
b. External parts, such as cabinet, knob, etc.
c. Accessories, which being made of rubber or plastic
7. The customer has to show this warranty card when asking for service, otherwise the free-of-
charge service is not applicable. In the case of dispute, all reference text shall be in Thai.
